- We ship world-wide. All products are located in and shipped from our warehouses in San Francisco, Malaysia and Singapore.
Orders placed before 4PM AEST will be dispatched same day or next business day. There may be delays during peak retail periods.
Approximately 90% of our orders are dispatched on the same business day following payment approval.
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notification containing your unique tracking number. This email will also include the carrier’s information for tracking purposes.
Our shipping services cover all of our shipment and are facilitated through our local courier service. we ship worldwide with a big emphasis on Southeast Asia (SG, MY, PH, ID, TH) and the US.
Please note while we strive to honour your selected shipping method at checkout, unforeseen delays or operational issues with our delivery partners may necessitate a change in the shipping method for your order
